Processing Time: In-stock orders are processed within 3-5 business days before shipping. When a new launch drops, please allow for this window during high-demand periods.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated by the carrier at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Shipping Area: We currently ship within the United States.

Order Tracking: You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Pre-Orders: Some items may be available for pre-order ahead of the official launch. Pre-order items ship once inventory arrives, separately from the standard processing window above. Estimated ship dates will be noted on the product page and may shift based on production and availability.

DELIVERY ESTIMATES & LIABILITY: All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays, including those caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you.
